  • All risks cover for “Accidental and Malicious Damage” theft, storm, water, and impact damage, depending on the tenant type
  • Your excesses are from £100 per claim
  • From £1K excess for Subsidence
  • Your Property Owners Liability upto £5 Million
  • Rent Guarantee Insurance maybe available.

We may be able to obtain quotations for other types of  occupants, but the rates and excess maybe increased.
